Who We Are
Founded in 1988 by former SBC and AT&T executive Artemio Flores, Jr., Artcom Communications began with a steadfast mission: to deliver communication solutions rooted in trust, integrity, and outstanding service. From the very start, family has been the bedrock of Artcom, with our founder passionately believing in exceptional customer care and keeping his word—a commitment that has guided our every move since day one.
As the business flourished, the next generation naturally stepped into key roles. While Artemio Flores, Jr. maintained the company's founding ethos, his children. Art Flores III and Lori Flores-Garcia, took on increasing responsibilities as they completed their schooling. In 2008, amidst the passing of Art Flores Sr., a cherished mentor and advisor, Art Flores III and Lori made the pivotal decision to purchase Artcom from their parents. Their leadership not only preserved the family legacy but also set the stage for a bold new chapter, driven by determination and excitement for growth.
Under new leadership the company began its transformation into what Artcom is today. Art and Lori were dedicated to growing across Texas and providing their clients with the same reliable and professional service in each location. This decision meant partnering with existing companies that aligned with our vision and values.
Artcom Communications now proudly operates fully staffed offices in San Antonio, Austin, DFW, Houston, and the Rio Grande Valley. Each location is managed by local partners who, through daily check-ins and weekly meetings, ensure that our rigorous service standards and core values are maintained. This cohesive, family-driven approach continues to resonate throughout Texas, forming the foundation of our reputation for excellence, reliability, and heartfelt customer service.

Uniforms, Badges, and Vehicles
All of our technicians arrive on-site in a professional company uniform and carry a company-issued identification badge for clear verification. Our service vehicles are also prominently branded with our company logo, ensuring easy recognition and added peace of mind for our clients.
